As CEO of CubeDoc, Hubertus Seidler combines decades of leadership experience in finance, asset management, and the operation of care facilities.

His career took him through demanding positions at the intersection of finance and institutional management — as CFO of the Dutch Church, as a board member of the asset management division of the House of Thurn und Taxis, and at Pegasus Vermögensverwaltung in Berlin. As a Senior Consultant for HSH Nordbank and as a turnaround manager for care home operators on behalf of the Bank für Sozialwirtschaft, he also demonstrated his expertise in complex restructuring processes.

In 2011, Seidler took over SWB, headquartered in Bühl — at the time a group of five care homes — and grew the company to 32 facilities today. This entrepreneurial success story in the care sector forms the foundation of his vision for CubeDoc: to develop digital and AI-powered solutions that sustainably improve the reality of care delivery in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

As the founder of CubeDoc, Dr. med. Kaneschka Jahanyar embodies the medical vision behind the platform: the early detection of health risks and the individual optimisation of patient health through innovative digital diagnostics.

Dr. Jahanyar is a specialist in general and visceral surgery with additional expertise in emergency medicine and general practice. He completed his doctorate at Hannover Medical School and has held his medical licence since 2000. Over the course of his more than 25-year medical career, he has worked as a senior physician and specialist at renowned hospitals, including Elisabeth Krankenhaus Bad Kissingen and Nordwest Krankenhaus Frankfurt.

His unique combination of surgical expertise, extensive clinical experience and a keen eye for modern preventive medicine forms the medical foundation of CubeDoc.

As COO, Anke Kirschberg is responsible for the operational activities of CubeDoc and drives the company’s structural growth.

Anke Kirschberg brings over two decades of leadership experience: at GALERIA and Peek & Cloppenburg, she managed large department stores in major German cities, each with several hundred employees, and also held various staff positions. She complements this expertise in managing and scaling complex organisations through her role as co-founder of a specialist medical practice — bringing a deep understanding of the healthcare sector directly into CubeDoc’s leadership team.

As CTO of CubeDoc, Sven Gutekunst is responsible for the technological strategy and drives digital product development forward.

Sven Gutekunst combines over two decades of hands-on experience in Health IT with entrepreneurial leadership. At MEDIVERBUND AG in Stuttgart, he served as Head of IT, leading the conception and development of a certified practice management system (PMS) as well as further software solutions for the outpatient sector. He was also significantly involved in building MEDIVERBUND’s selective contract billing business. As Managing Director of garrio GmbH, he simultaneously built a scalable SaaS platform for doctor-patient communication.

His expertise spans telematics infrastructure and selective contracts, IT architecture and software development through to IT compliance and data protection. This rare combination of technical depth and regulatory understanding of the German healthcare system makes him the ideal architect of the CubeDoc technology platform.
